The operating advantage

Give every agent a second brain for the hardest international trips.

Your team brings relationships, judgment, and the authority to ticket. Elora brings the memory and search capacity to examine more options without losing what matters to the traveler.

01

Search huge and wide.

Explore public content and the private or consolidator fares your agency is authorized to use.

02

Learn deeply.

Understand dates, airports, family needs, bags, documents, flexibility, budget, and the reason for the trip.

03

Recommend narrowly.

Turn a large market view into a few clear options, with reasons and tradeoffs the customer can understand.

04

Reprice before commitment.

Confirm availability and price before the human agent asks the customer to commit.

Example agency workflow

One conversation becomes a complete sales brief.

Elora does not simply transcribe a call. It keeps the customer’s priorities attached to the fare search and carries them into the human handoff.

The founding agency pilot

One clear test. Enough real work to make a decision.

We define the lane together, run the workflow with human oversight, and judge it on business outcomes.

  1. 1

    Choose one lane

One agency, one country market, one primary customer language.

  2. 2

    Define the workflow

Approved channels, fare sources, handoff rules, owners, and boundaries.

  3. 3

    Run real inquiries

Twenty to twenty-five qualified inquiries or a 30-day operating window.

  4. 4

    Read the scorecard

Response time, qualified handoffs, quote conversion, bookings, and gross profit.

The pilot boundary: Elora supports discovery, search, recommendation, and handoff. Agency staff retain final price approval, payment, booking, and ticketing.

Common questions

What agency owners need to know.

Is Elora replacing our travel agents?

No. The pilot is designed to make human agents more effective. Elora handles structured discovery, broad search support, recommendation preparation, and follow-up. Your team controls the customer relationship and the transaction.

Can Elora use our private or consolidator fares?

Only when your agency is authorized to use the content and a supported technical or operating path is approved. We document permitted sources, access rules, and ownership before a pilot begins.

Which languages are available?

Egyptian Arabic and English form the first focused market package. We select additional country-language packages from real agency demand rather than publishing a long unsupported language list.

What does a pilot cost?

Pilot scope and commercial terms are defined after a short discovery call. The first question is whether the agency has a narrow lane, enough qualified demand, usable fare access, and a measurable operating problem.

What happens after the 30-day test?

We review the scorecard together. If Elora improves the agreed business outcomes, we define a production plan. If it does not, the test ends with a clear record of what was learned.
